American Testing Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that effective January 1st, 2008, we will be mergin with Precision Analytical, Inc. Roger Singh, owner of Precision Analytical and Cary Mathias, owner of American Testing Company have combined the operations of both companies to form Precision Analytical.

Mr. Singh and Mr. Mathias are committed to making Precision Analytical a premier environmental analytical laboratory. To begin this process, the laboratory has expanded from 7500 square feet to 15000 square feet. The company is also increasing its instrument capacity in each of the departments to provide our custmers with more reliable data and in a timely manor.

• The Organics Department has added a Semi-Volatile GC/MS (for EPA methods 625/8270) and a Volatile GC/MS (for EPA methods 624/8260).
• The Metals Department has added a LEeman Mercury unit with Auto-sampler (for EPA Methods 245.7 and 1631) and an ICP-AES (for EPA methods 200.7 and 6010).
• The Wet Chemistry Department has added a Mettler Karl Fischer Water analyzer this past September. This was a method that we have subcontracted to other laboratories in the past. However, due to the demand, we will now have in-house capabilities of performing this method.
• The Field Department has added a new cargo van and SUV.

The combined operation has also added three full time personnel and has re-organized and formed new positions within the customer support staff to help with client management. Attached is a summary of our customer support staff.

Also, with the combined laboratories are certified in the following states: New York (NELAC), Pennsylvania (NELAC), Illinois (NELAC), West Virginia, Ohio (Drinking Water) and Kentucky. Also certification process has started for Ohio (VAP) and North Carolina.
